- Provide compassionate support and personalized assistance to older adult clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and overall well-being.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene care, and other Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Support toileting activities, incontinence care, and personal care assistance with dignity and respect.
- Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping, meal planning, and nutritional support.
- Help with laundry, light housekeeping, organizing, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.
- Assist with mobility support, transfers, repositioning, and the safe use of mechanical lift devices when needed.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients while fostering a respectful, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and dependable care that helps improve quality of life.
- Previous caregiving experience required; CNA license preferred.
- Comfortable to do background check.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Strong communication skills, compassion, reliability, and commitment to providing exceptional care.
