- Previous caregiving experience required; nanny or childcare experience strongly preferred.
- Experience providing in-home care for seniors, children, or individuals requiring daily assistance.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to caregiving and family support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, care, and professionalism.
- Flexible scheduling available, including optional weekend, evening, overnight, and night shifts.
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility assistance, transfer support, hygiene care, and personal care needs.
- Provide compassionate, personalized, and high-quality in-home care and family support services.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for clients and families.
- Collaborate with supervisors, healthcare professionals, and family members to ensure exceptional care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Participate in ongoing training to continue delivering exceptional caregiving excellence.
