- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support
- Provide compassionate in-home personal care and companionship
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor client safety, comfort, and overall well-being
- Build strong relationships with clients and families
- Collaborate with supervisors and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Active CNA certification preferred (not required depending on experience)
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, senior care, CNA, HHA, or personal care
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation preferred
